Your information stays part of the conversation.

When you submit a form, Auto Credit uses the information to respond to your request, discuss vehicles and financing, and provide customer service. We do not ask for a full Social Security number, bank login, or payment-card information through this website.

Information we collect

Form submissions may include your name, contact details, general income information, vehicle preferences, and anything you choose to write in the notes field. Basic technical information may also be collected by our website host for security and performance.

How it is used

We use submitted information to contact you, evaluate next steps, and maintain records related to your inquiry. We do not sell form-submission data.

Site usage and preferences

We count page views and visits to understand how the site is used. A random session identifier is kept in your browser tab and resets after 30 minutes of inactivity or at the start of a new UTC day. Our visit counter does not store your name, email, IP address, query strings, or form answers. It skips browsers requesting Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Usage records are retained for about 31 days. Browser privacy settings may prevent some visits from being counted.

Google Ads measurement

If you allow advertising measurement, we load a Google tag to measure successful approval requests, vehicle wish lists, and clicks on phone and email links. Google may use cookies, advertising click identifiers, page information, and technical information such as your IP address to attribute these actions to ads. We do not include your form answers, name, email, phone number, income, or vehicle preferences in these events. Personalized advertising and enhanced conversions are disabled in this website integration.

You can allow or decline measurement and change your choice using “Ad privacy choices” in the footer when measurement is available. The choice is saved in your browser. We skip Google measurement when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Declining does not affect your ability to submit requests. Vehicle wish lists

The Find My Next Ride form collects your name, email and/or cell number, vehicle preferences, shopping timeline, and preferred reply method. Auto Credit uses these details to respond to your vehicle search request. The form also records which site page led to the request. Email and text marketing subscriptions on this form each require a separate optional checkbox. Sending a wish list alone does not enroll you in marketing campaigns.

Blog comments, reactions, and optional updates

Blog comments ask only for a display name and comment. No signup, email address, cell number, or marketing permission is required. Your display name and comment are shown publicly after staff review. Commenting does not subscribe you to updates. Please do not include sensitive information in comments.

When you provide your email through the separate blog signup form displaying our email notice, Auto Credit includes you in marketing email updates unless you check “Do not send me marketing emails.” You may also unsubscribe later. Marketing texts require a separate, unchecked opt-in; entering a cell number alone does not sign you up. You can comment without receiving marketing updates, and marketing consent is not a condition of purchase. We record the channel, contact details, preference wording and time, whether email used an opt-out form or an explicit opt-in, and associated articles so we can tailor updates. Providing a cell number alone does not authorize marketing texts. We may use an email or text messaging service to deliver updates.

You can opt out through the unsubscribe link included with an update or by contacting us. Email and text choices are managed separately. We retain unsubscribe records to keep you off future campaign lists. Returning to a signup form does not automatically remove a previous unsubscribe. Contact us to update your preferences.

When you open a blog conversation, a random first-party cookie is stored for up to one year to remember your reaction in that browser and limit repeated comments. We store a hashed version with your vote and comment; it is not linked to your signup contact details or shown publicly. Clearing cookies or using a different browser resets that preference.
